Whoa! I made that long post about my astrology email yesterday and then added one line about ARCs...little did I know what I was getting myself into! Thanks for all the great offers everybody; I can't even begin to respond to them individually. Alas, though, I think I'll be giving ARCs away the old-fashioned way...through blog contests! Of course, since *I* don't even have them yet, we'll have to wait a bit. Stay tuned.
No real profound thoughts this morning, just some updates. I should finish the first draft of the succubus novella today, which is a relief since I'm honestly not sure how much Mountain Dew I can handle. The story's called City of Demons and will be in Kensington's forthcoming Eternal Lover anthology. It follows Georgina's exploits when she gets demonic jury duty, and as you might imagine, wacky mishaps ensue.
I took a breather last night to watch the Sci-Fi Channel original movie MegaSnake. Yeah, you heard me. MegaSnake. Its big advertising gimmick was that it had Feedback, the winner of last season's Who Wants to be a Superhero. And yes, he was indeed in there...for five minutes. Total bait and switch. So sad. But that's okay because it also had Michael Shanks of Stargate SG-1 fame with a southern accent, plus more decapitations than than you could shake a stick at. It also had this snake, and it was...mega.
Finally, I was astonished and delighted to learn last night that some friends of mine were doing dramatic readings of the drunk dial I posted a couple days ago. I've been on the lookout for fan-fic, but I never expected theatrical productions of my blog entries. Naturally, I'm excited. Now my task is to film this awesome dramatic event and post it here...

Loved Succubus Blues, by the way!
Doesnt surprize me that they only let him be in for a very short time in a bigger sci-fi movie... It does qualify as a a part in a movie.
LOL
